Illustrated with black & white frontispiece title page reproduction of The Countess of Pembroke's Arcadia (1593), plus three-panel black & white folding map ('Mercator's Map I of Asia') at rear. Light red pencil annotation to p. 4, else fine in very good jacket. Spine panel lightly toned, small closed tear at top of rear panel, with some edgewear to extremities of jacket. Binding square and tight, text otherwise clean and bright.
